By registering with Drawcard Entertainment, you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• By registering with Drawcard, you agree to have a description of your services, basic characteristics, and a photo, published on the Drawcard website or on any print material/advertising. You also permit Drawcard Entertainment to utilise photos and details you provide for promotional, advertising or casting/booking purposes. You are not charged for this service. Drawcard may offer enhanced publicity to you on a fee-for-service basis, and you are free to accept or refuse these offers at any time.
  
  
• By accepting an Assignment or an Introduction, you confirm that you are an Australian resident and/or hold a valid and current visa permitting you to work within Australia.
  
  
• You declare that any booking-related information that you have provided to Drawcard is true and correct.
  
  
• You acknowledge that on completion of a booking, whether satisfactory or otherwise, Drawcard is under no obligation to offer you further bookings.

• Drawcard Entertainment is not obliged to secure work for any performer. You understand and agree that Drawcard is not responsible or liable in the event that any given performer is not booked for performances.

• Should Drawcard introduce you to a Client, you agree not to accept a direct offer of any employment of any nature by that Client, or any of that Client’s associated companies. Any future assignments offered by the client or that are offered as a result of a Drawcard booking, must be referred back to Drawcard Entertainment.

• You agree that, in order to be paid, you must submit a relevant Tax invoice. You must also provide a completed ‘Statement by Supplier’ form, if you do not have an Australian Business Number.

• You acknowledge that Drawcard will not be liable in any way for loss, damage, delay, cost or claim howsoever caused by or arising from any Introduction, booking or Assignment.

• It is understood that if you attend an audition or accept an assignment, you agree to all of the Drawcard Entertainment terms and conditions, whether or not you have acknowledged receipt of Drawcard Entertainment terms and conditions.
• Drawcard Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or remove talent from their database at any time for whatsoever reason.
